Hi @lesscro, this plugin is designed more to expire users passwords rather than manage other aspect of user password security. There are some plugins out there that can do what you’re asking (force a password change on initial login) such as:

I would recommend using something like that. We will discuss this feature though if we do decide to expand the feature functionality of this plugin. Thanks!
Hi, @millermedianow, really appreciate your answer. I already try this plugin, this is why we search another way because it seems not compatible with WP MU or with our install.
Anyway, we continue to try a lot of combination to solve our security and legal feature about RGPD and users.
