Hi Guys,

Is there a easy to rest the order number back to zero?

Could I do this via SQL or would it affect the system?

No; order numbers are actually ‘post IDs’ and are generated by WordPress.

You can of course use a sequencial numbers plugin http://ww.wp.xz.cn/extend/plugins/woocommerce-sequential-order-numbers/
