Reset Page not working properly

    I am having issue with the Reset Page, I have configured right in the setting and add on to the Page, Although when I look to view that page it keeps taking me to the Account Page. I have tried to add with a short code or with the widget in the Page and it still doing the same thing. It takes me to Account Page

    Hi,

    Can you check if you are logged in while visiting the reset page? You should not be logged in while visiting the reset page else it will take you to edit the account page. I would suggest open it in incognito mode and let us know if you still face any issues.

    Hi @donna4u2,

    I think you had this issue before, let me try and explain it a bit more.

    The “Reset Password” page is used for logged out users who use the “forgot password” link, it is the page they are taken to when they click the reset link in their email.

    The “Change Password” page is what i think you want, this will let a logged in user change their current password.

    Thank you both. That was the issue I was probable login from the Admin side. Awesome that is resolved. Thank you both for your great help.
