Reset Password

Hi Chad,

Before updating from 3.1.9 I would like to know if the latest updates change the way Reset Password works. I could not find this information.

We had a conversation about this topic a few months ago:
” Reset Password should not be configured to automatically reset passwords. Somebody who knows your customers can abuse Reset Password and reset their passwords. Reset Password should work as WordPress core does: the user can reset his password only after being authenticated by his email. ”
