Reset Password doesn’t send link to user

    Using “Theme My Login” plugin with Paid Membership Pro.

    When a user tries to reset their password they never receive a password reset email.

    Or when they login they get a unblock cookie error even if their cookies setting are unblocked.

    Would appreciate some advice

    These type of issues are almost always server side caching. Take a look at the URLs shown for TMLs actions under the Slugs section of TMLs settings and have your hosting provider exclude them from the cache.

    Hi Jeff,
    I will try that. Hoping that I am understanding you correctly.

    I took a screenshot of all the URL’s under “Slug” in TML setting and am going to forward it to support for my services provider and have them exclude them from the cache.

    Unfortunately my hosting provider referred me back to the “Code Developer” to exclude the URL’s from the cache.

    So I guess that I am stuck.

    If you use /wp-login.php, do you encounter these same issues?
