    Hello

Im encountering an issue where multiple customers have said that when they try to reset their password the link in the email they receive takes them to give their email again and not to the password reset page.

I have tested with an account on both english and greek and cant seem to replicate this issue. I have tested using mac computer and gmail and on android using gmail.

Last time i had this issue i did all the updates on the website and flushed permalinks and tested with multiple accounts and the issue seemed resolved.

In woocommerce settings>advanced the “lost password” to lost-password

    If i go to woocommerce> settings>emails>Reset password

this is the email template it shows

  • Hi @eppz

Thanks for reaching out! I understand how frustrating it is when customers face issues resetting their passwords. It sounds like you’ve covered many of the typical troubleshooting steps by updating your site and flushing permalinks.

The settings in the screenshots look correct. Since the issue isn’t consistent and you’ve been unable to replicate it, it could be a caching problem with certain browsers loading outdated data. In cases like this I’d recommend asking customers to try clearing their browser cache and cookies or to attempt the password reset using an incognito or private browsing window.

From the system status report, I also notice that WordPress isn’t updated to the latest version, it’s a good practice to keep WordPress, plugins, and themes updated to ensure all functionalities work correctly and your site is secure. (make sure to save a backup before pushing an update).

Let us know how it goes.
