Reset Password Email Not Working

I know my username and the email account I use for my WordPress site, but when using the “lost password” feature of WordPress, no email is arriving into my inbox (yes, I’ve checked my spam and junk folders).

I have read the articles about resetting a password (https://codex.ww.wp.xz.cn/Resetting_Your_Password. The MySQL/MariaDB process is beyond my skills. I don’t have phpMyAdmin access to my site and I don’t FTP anything (I just change the site online and it’s automatically updated in the cloud), so the WP CLI function can’t help either.

I thought about using the Emergency Password Script and put into a file called emergency.php in the root of my WordPress installation, but again, I don’t use FTP.

Is there ANY help if the password reset link is not being sent or is not arriving?
