reset password in learnpress

I would like to know how to reset password in learnpress plugin. When ever, an user clicked the “Lost password” in the Login page link, it says “The user lost-password is not available”. How to avoid that message or to hide the “Lost your password?” link. please reply. Thank you, stephen
