Reset Password InvalidKey

Hello, I have a problem. When a user tries to reset his password, when he clicks on the mail link, he is redirected here: password-reset /? Updated = invalidkey, and it runs in a loop and therefore impossible for him to create a new word of past.

How to solve this problem please?
