    Hi gcopley6,

    – Yes, we checked it
    – Can you share your registered email for this
    – Maybe possible after input mail we will redirect to reset page
    – if we got this page then we will add custom css for broken alignment

    Thanks for the reply. Please see below:
    -“Client B” is a valid username for the page hyperlinked above
    -i am forwarded a password reset email, which contains a valid link leading to the password reset page. is there an email I can forward this to?
    -appreciate the custom css

    – Please apply this custom css in plugin custom css section or divi plugin custom css section or theme additional css section and save the settings

    color: #ffffff !important;
}

    margin: 20px 0px !important;
  }
