Reset password URL is invalid

Hello,
i have this problem.

When i try to reset a password by compiling the “lost password” form, i correctly receive the link by email, but when i click on that link i go back to the “lost password” page and i find this error: “Your password reset link appears to be invalid. Please request a new link below.”

What should i do?
