The ‘Reset’ option will be added as a child of the ‘Football Pool’ menu. The message you get is because WordPress says your user does not have the ‘manage_football_pool’ permission. Can you check your role in the User admin? Or try with an administrator account?

Hi again
i am the administrator in the admin panel…
i have “Wordfence” installed, can this be a problem with updating this plugin ?
Don’t know. I have no experience with Wordfence. Can you temporary disable it to test?

i just deactivated my other plugin and i could install the reset plugin fine but as soon as i try to update the reset plug in from admin, its gone in the menu and no where to be found ?
Would it be possible to give me temporary access to your admin? If so, I can quickly check if I can find the problem. Credentials can be emailed to my wordpressfootballpool [at] gmail [dot] com address.

Yes thats no problem, i have made a test site where you can see the plugin is there before i have updated it but after update it will go away…
but i will send u a mail now, thanks….
For future reference and/or other users that experience the same problem:
The problem was caused by the fact that the extension plugins were installed in the same folder as the football pool plugin. Moving the extensions to the root of the /wp-content/plugins folder solved the problem.
