Reset Settings (blank error screen)

Hi experts
I felt in the blank error screen problem before in reason of PHP update (solved with plugin removal and I don’t use it). I saw many others had this problem and just few cases could be really solved. I’m interested about the reasons and solutions for this miserable event. The first thing I wanna know is the table’s name of BWPS in database, because I believe that with emptying the fields most of problems will be solved with a fresh install (.httaccess and wp-config.php challenges could be handled after site recovery)! Am I right?
