This is twice this has happened today and it has never happened to me before with this host.

I ran your plugin and the all of my tables are empty except ‘options’ and ‘postmeta’

Now I can reinstall AGAIN. This is ridiculous, especially given the repsonses I’ve seen you give to others that report the same problem.

Reset is supposed to do that. Delete all data.
Are you saying the data was removed from tables or the tables themselves were removed? Default WP tables?

I’m saying that I had to reinstall because EVERYTHING including users was wiped. I couldn’t log in because there was no users

One user should have been left – the one you were using to do the reset.
    What hosting are you using?

I use Greengeeks and have never had this happen before.

The last update didn’t include any changes to the code that deletes/creates users after reset so while there’s a realistic possibility of a bug (there always is) I don’t think the last update is to blame.

After this happened you didn’t try to do another reset?

It happened twice, why would I try a third time?

The problem is we can’t replicate the issue locally so it’s quite difficult to fix. But I bought an account on Greengeeks so hopefully, we’ll be able to replicate it there.

It’s not hosting 🙁 Did 10 resets now and wasn’t able to replicate the issue.
Can you send the list of plugins that were active at the time of the failed reset?
