Reset ww.wp.xz.cn password

I’m looking to close one of my ww.wp.xz.cn profiles (this one – dominicfallowsweb) and start reusing a previous one (dominicfallows) but I can’t seem to get the password reset link through.
I have checked all my known email addresses, so not sure why the email isn’t coming through. I possibly used one I don’t remember.
Please, could you advise and next steps I could take?

Also, your own site’s password has nothing to do with your ww.wp.xz.cn password.
