reset_link error

hi
i use my email template by using reset_link shortcode
when
a user by username include special character in his username
then
reset_link generate an invalid link for reset password

for example:
when
user with username like this: [email protected] try to reset his password
reset link generated like this:

https://example.com/recover-password/?submitted=yes&loginName=usernamegmail-com&key=Qe0rlCG8vLTIFinj61wZ

instead of:

https://example.com/recover-password/?submitted=yes&[email protected]&key=Qe0rlCG8vLTIFinj61wZ

dot and @ replaced in link and link not work!
