Reseting the plugin

    Update
    I’m able to login to the test account if I go to the database and change the password to any other password and change the encryption to md5

    I’m also able to login if I request a password reset but other than that I will always get error: wronng password when trying to login

    Hi @khaled123456,

    Could you please check if you have the latest version of Profile Builder (version 3.6.8)?

    In the case that you have the plugin up to date and you’re still encountering this issue could you please open a support ticket here: https://www.cozmoslabs.com/support/open-ticket/, because I will need your Profile Builder settings to further investigate this.

    Thanks for your reply I already fixed the problem it was some filter or A hook in some other plugin that forwards the user to the home page after registeration for some reason this caused an issue with the registeration process so I deactivated that plugin and everything is working fine now
