Resetting a User’s 2FA

    Suppose a customer loses access how can an administrator remove 2FA for them to set it back up? I see on the user panel a green checkmark on ones enables, but seemingly no way to remove it for them to get back into the config to re-enable it.

    Hi,

    You can either:

    1. Use a free plugin such as ‘user switching’ to switch temporarily to their account and change the setting, or

    2. Upgrade to the premium version of this plugin, which has the feature for am admin to change other users’ settings.
