Just some extra information. The counter on the dashboard etc. is fine, and shows the right number of comments (right now one).
What I need to reset is the counter on the articles (as can be seen on http://www.lars-christian.com/) – it says x amount of comments, when infact there are none.

Now go install Bad Behavior and SK2 with the SK2 Akismet plugin.
Oh, and for future reference, SK2 can process old comments if you wanted to save any legit comments. It coulda gone through and removed all the past spam.
That really wasn’t too hard. Thanks, I knew there had to be a simple solution, as long as you knew how to do it.
And thanks for the tip, Akismet is working wonders for now, and has filtered out several hundreds of spam comments already. I will look into the SK and Bad Behaviour plugin as well 🙂
