Resize header and decrease space from the secondary menu

    I just installed the Path Child theme:
    fvtest.net/

    I changed the header image trying to fill the entire width of the page; now I’m using a 1920px width image but I cannot find the right way to use a 100% size of the image – I guess now it is setted to 96%. Where should I put the code and which code should I use?

    In the same moment, I also would decrease the space between that image and the secondary menu (in red, below the image).
