resize HTML object in Header area Don’t work

In the 0.3.7 version of the theme, if I try to put an HTML object in the HEADER area, it is not resizable.
In the Footer area, however, it works fine.
I also bought the PRO extension, but didn’t fix it.
I don’t understand why nobody talks about this problem and I don’t understand why nobody helps me, I also wrote to PREXMAXIMUM support, but I didn’t get an answer.
Please help me, I am stopped for a long time and I cannot publish the site.
