Thanks so much for writing in, I’m very glad you’re enjoying using the plugin so far.
It’s an interesting question about the logo/icon size. I had a dig through the code and searched online and I do not think it is possible to adjust the size of this icon at this time. When the scripts load the messenger interface, they load it with an iframe. This means that it isn’t possible to style the elements contained within an iframe as you would with normal HTML elements on your site due to HTML limitations. (there are some advanced ways to do so, but they are not pretty, don’t always work 100% of the time, and would require a developer, so I’d not recommend them!)
To add further pain, while the container of the iframe could be resized, the icon itself is an SVG file within the iframe. So what this does is shrink the container and no the image which looks very odd 🙂
