    Hi there,

    I took a look over your site and it looks like you got around this issue by manually inserting the HTML for your header image into the theme’s header.php file.

    You’re right that its Sela’s default behaviour to crop the header image so that it is displayed well across different devices. By default, purely decorative images that can handle that sort of cropping are best suited as a custom header for this theme.

    I’m glad you’ve been able to find a workaround to this for your own needs. Let me know if you have further questions.

    As an extra note: If you haven’t already, please make sure that you’re set up with a child theme and that changes to your theme’s code are done via the child.
