I assume you mean Pages no longer have comments when created? If so, that’s intentional now, Pages default to comments disabled.

Comments turned off on pages – All new pages that you create will have comments turned off. Keep discussions to your blog, right where they’re supposed to happen.

To enable comments on a Page, edit the Page and look for a Discussion box below the editor where you’ll find a checkbox to enable comments. If you don’t see this, visit the Screen Options tab near the top-right where you can check “Discussion” there to enable the Discussion box below the editor.
