I have found an issue. What ever double bytes characters I entered, after I left the form editing page and went back in. All the characters became ‘question marks’.

I finally resolved it by going to the phpmyadmin. Then, go to wp_rednao_smart_forms_entry & wp_rednao_smart_forms_table_name. Under ‘operations’ tab, go to ‘table options’. Then, change the value of ‘collation’ to utf8_general_ci.

    It resolved my problem…

Hello, thanks for letting me know!. Yup your server needs to be able to support special characters if you are going to use them, i think this is more like a requisite of your wordpress site (or database) than an issue with the plugin.
