    I had an issue where post smtp would stop working when copying staging to live. POST SMTP got back to me in a reasonable amount of time, about a business day, and the support agent, Aqib, provided thorough explanations and remediations. Once in contact, he responded immediately to further questions and concerns. He was also very friendly and helped me with managing our account on the same platform my other plugins’ licensing configurations are managed on. Based on my experience with Aqib and how responsive and helpful he was, I would definitely recommend this plugin.
