Resources Are Overused?
-
I could use some help.
My hosting provider is Hostinger, and I have a WordPress site. Money is very tight for me, so I can’t afford to upgrade my hosting plan or switch providers, or go to Fiverr and spend hundreds to get someone to fix my website issues for me.
About 2 weeks ago, I installed WooCommerce on my site only to realize I didn’t have enough inodes in my hosting plan to use it. So I restored my site back to the way it was before I installed Woo. Everything was fine for about 2 days, and then Hostinger emailed me saying I’ve gone over my resource limit. I have no idea how this happened since I’ve added nothing new to my site once I restored it.
I’ve contacted Hostinger support, and of course, they weren’t helpful. All the representative said is that I’m using too many “processes” (whatever that is) and directed me to a bunch of tutorials that *might* help since my problem could one or more of many different things. I’m not a tech-savvy person, so these tutorials might as well be in Greek.
Customer support also sent me a screenshot of the “processes” I’m overusing. I have no idea what it means, though. I’d like the screenshot but I’m not sure how to do it in the thread.
As of now, my website seems to be running fine, at least on the front end. In the back end, it’s sluggish and throwing error messages.
I received very little help from Hostinger, so I hope someone can help me here. I’m more than happy to make you an administrator so you could look around my site.
Thank you in advance.
