Hi Allan,

Are you talking about WordPress.com or ww.wp.xz.cn? The ww.wp.xz.cn mail arives without any problems here.

It’s WordPress.com. My email address to change the password is harvey-coleman.com but nothing coming through. I shall look at the post.

WordPress.com and WordPress.org are a bit different:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

I will mention checking your spam folder just in case. 😉 I’ve had that happen on both sides before.
