Hey there, @cindykath7 👋
Sorry to hear emails are not working as expected for you! Would you mind double-checking Spam folder? If user’s response is not there either, then it’s possible that either your server isn’t delivering emails as expected or your email inbox has rather sensitive spam filters in place.
In both cases, we recommend installing an SMTP plugin such as this one. It’ll let you configure all emails to send through your SMTP server (for example your Gmail address) rather than utilizing web server for that. This tends to significantly improve reliability of delivering emails.
Let us know how you go! 🙂

Hi! Again! I solved that problem, thanks! but now I am having problems with my gmail account because it is sending spam mails to other people and the mail says “This e-mail was sent from a contact form on SunMountain (http://www.smtn.org)” Is there any chance that the plugin is doing this?
Hey @cindykath7 👋
Sorry to hear that! Would you mind answering a few questions to help us investigate?
- Are there any more details shown in that email?
- Does that content match the one you have set for Send confirmation email → Email content field in Email step in HappyForms?
- Do you have Spam prevention checked in Setup step of your form?
- Are there any other contact form plugins active in WordPress?
Let us know! We’ll be happy to help! 🙂
