Responsive and Customization issues

    Hi

    This plugin seems to be high on features, although i have a few things not working for me. My site is Movesure.in. Site uses theme Zerif Lite.

    Issues that I am facing

    1. The customization which i have done on my widget, are not displayed correctly on my site. Widget appears differently on customization window

    2. on Mobile, the chat widget is not being displayed correctly, it is being cutoff from right hand side.

    3. Although My chat window collects the email ID of user, but i cant find the same in any report or archive log.

    Thanks for response. Some themes and style make the widget appear differently.

    Our Developers are looking into this and respond soon.
