Responsive behavior

I’m wondering if there’s a way for the slider to change layout according to a media query / screen size? It would be great to have layout 5 (with the slide thumbnails and descriptions on the side) for large screens, but have layout 1 (with the thumbnails and descriptions below) on small screens.
