Responsive Centering

I purchased the pro version today and am trying to work though some issues. There is a left padding that takes the images off the screen. If I reduce the left padding through the shortcode, they begin to overlap. I am trying to work around that by using a column shortcode. Even when I reduce the padding through the shortcode, it still has a lot of padding on the left for the first column. Is there a way to center the image so that it will remain centered in a column or different sized screen?
