Subject: Responsive Design Issue with Elementor Not Recognizing Device Types Correctly
Dear Elementor Support Team,
I am reaching out to report a persistent issue I’ve encountered while using Elementor on my website. Despite setting up responsive breakpoints and configurations correctly, Elementor seems to be defaulting to desktop mode and disregarding mobile responsive settings. This has resulted in elements not adapting properly to mobile devices, leading to overflow and layout issues.
Here are the steps I’ve taken to troubleshoot the problem:
- Verified and adjusted the responsive breakpoints in Elementor settings.
- Regenerated CSS files through Elementor > Tools.
- Checked responsive options for individual elements and ensured they are set correctly.
- Used the responsive mode in the Elementor editor to preview and edit the site on different devices.
- Reviewed any custom CSS for potential conflicts.
Despite these efforts, the problem persists. It appears that Elementor is not recognizing the correct device type, which disables all responsive options and causes the desktop version to be displayed on mobile devices.
I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue. Please advise on any additional steps I can take or if there is a known solution to this problem.
Thank you for your time and support.
