Responsive design not working properly

    Hi there,

    I’m having an issue with the portfolio on the site. Whenever the screen is changed to a responsive format (Specifically mobile and tablet) the portfolio tiles no longer show. I have tried this on Chrome, Safari, and mobile with the same results. Gif linked: https://imgur.com/a/ZgE30Ib

    I have tried a lot of settings but can’t get this to act as normal, any suggestions?

    Hi nK,

    Thanks for the reply! My apologies it was not active, I had to use a backup portfolio plug in for a potential employer!

    It is now active as the first portfolio on the site.

    I have also noticed that selecting “Avoid Duplicates” removes the Filter on the top, not sure if this is a bug or not but wanted to make you aware.

    Hey Lewis.

    I see on your site custom CSS, that hides the portfolio items on small screens:

    You need to remove or change this CSS to fix the problem.

    What about Avoid Duplicates and missing Filter I don’t know. Make sure the Filter is added https://visualportfolio.co/documentation/portfolio-blocks/layout/filter/. If it is added and you still don’t see it, can you create a private ticket in our support system https://nk.ticksy.com/ in the “Bug Reports” category?

    That has solved the issue perfectly, thank you so much for that! I’ll keep an eye on the duplicates and send it through if it happens again.
