• Hello,

I love the ocean WP Theme a lot, as you can have the possibility of many settings. However, two issues I could not fix and not find out. Both issues are regarding its responsive design:

    1. I use 3 columns and each of them has a picture, title and text. The Title is big (40px) and fits perfect in the box when I view it on my pc. When I view that in my mobile phone, it looks not good, as one word (consists of 12 letters) are broken down into 2 lines. I want that the Typography size changes so that it fits in all screen and does not make 1 word into 2 lines. How can I adjust this settings? Where do I find the settings for typography issues for mobile/responsive design?
    2. Underneath that 3 columns, I use 2 columns as I want in whole 5 boxes to be displayed at my website. In order to make it align nice, I put the 2 boxes with alignment “center”. However in mobile view those boxes have right and left a space and it does not look like the 3 boxes above. I changed to “full and width” alignment, but then the 2 boxes stretches in pc mode and the whole box size is more than the 3 boxes above. I want the 5 boxes to be the same width no matter on what device i open my website. How can I make the boxes same width in pc and mobile view without any space right and left?

I really hope you can help me out with this issues.

    Thanks a lot!

Hello Shahin, it looks awful, so I cannot make it accessible to the world as it is a portfolio of me and it doesn’t look professional at all. How can we now proceed then?

    Hello @ps112,

First of all, we need to understand precisely what the problem is. And then reproduce it. In this case, seeing the issue on a live URL is required; we need to inspect your website’s source to check the problem. So, in this case, providing a solution to solve the issue is not possible without this.

Unfortunately, the information provided in this thread in regards to the problems you are facing are insufficient for troubleshooting purposes and a possibility to understand the reason why this is happening on your end.

Kindly share the following info that could help us understand the issue you described better and hopefully help you resolve it:

    1. Detailed explanation of the issue you are experiencing; when did you first notice the problem occurring (after a particular update, using a specific device, etc), as well as the steps of you take that trigger the issue in case the problem is not constantly present on your website, especially on the frontend. You can attach screenshots or a short video of the issue. Also, please tell me how you would like the section to look like.

    2. Explain to us step by step how we can reproduce the issue so we can recreate it somewhere other than your website.
You can upload your files using one of the following online services:
    https://postimages.org
    https://imgbb.com
    https://loom.com
    https://drive.google.com

    3. Kindly provide us with your system environment information. If you’re running Elementor, navigate to Elementor > System Info in your WP dashboard.

You can send the information as code here or upload them to http://pastebin.com/ and get an exclusive link.

Before sending these, please make sure that:
Everything on your website is running the latest versions (WP, theme, plugins).
If possible, perform a basic troubleshooting checkup method and make sure the issue is related to our theme or plugin(s). To do this, deactivate all other plugins then activate them one by one and check for this issue. Continue doing this until you find what product is causing a conflict with our product. Then provide the details as explained above.
