It’s possible that something is being added to the email that is causing an issue in BNFW. Not sure what yet though.
Which notification(s) is this happening on?
Are you able to view the HTML source of the email and compare one from BNFW to one from Shopmagic for WooCommerce to see if you can spot any obvious differences?

I have tested two more notifications so far and the issue is the same.
I think it is irrelevant with the type of notification.
It would be a good idea to test a responsive html template by yourself (keep in mind that I don’t have a problem to send you mine)

I knew from other conversations (https://stackoverflow.com/questions/47629050/disabling-inline-styles-on-tinymce-for-wordpress – https://stackoverflow.com/questions/23297466/how-to-prevent-wordpress-3-9-tinymce-4-from-stripping-style-tags/23578423#23578423) that tinymce either stripping
<style> tags or adding inline style.
So I wanted to prevent this from happening.
And I succeeded with this plugin https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/raw-html/
Only this way I keep my html templates intact.
So to answer your second question: yes all my html templates are the same. No modification anywhere.

That’s fine about the first part.
To clarify my second query, I was asking if the output in your email app is the same for both plugins. The Text tab inside WordPress may look the same but once that message body has passed through WordPress hooks and filters, it may appear differently in the generated email that lands in your inbox.
Are you able to post links to the code for both raw emails so that I can check for differences?
