Responsive Headings

    Hi Im trying to learn how I apply a header text say H2 and then provide a version that is suited to mobile.

    Do I add the H2 in desktop view then change to mobile view and reduct the h2 text to say large under text sizing?

    Tried this but it doesnt look to work and applies the mobile version to desktop too.

    Please can someone adviuse on correct workflow or direct me to a clesar video or text tutorial as not dound one so far to clarify.

    Many Thanks Mohsinbsf its how I thought it should done but it didnt seem to work when I tried. Must be a cache issue my end. Thanks for confirming I appreciate your help.
