Responsive height not working

We added Carousel Slider with thumbnails, showing one main photo and thumbnails below. We checked Responsive height. The height setting is 600 (isn’t disabled when we checked responsive). On an IPhone, it is not resizing the height of the main photo and shows only 1/3rd of it as a tall photo. Cleared all caches. Google Inspect shows correct but not on any real mobile device.
