Responsive Hyperlink Options

Responsive Hyperlink Options dont work, if i activate this, qhen i go to the mobile device witch is a Samsung Galaxy s4, tested in google chrome and in the native android browser and nothing show up, if i disable the Responsive Hyperlink Options option the vído show up.
