Responsive layout album not working

    Hello, I have an active Responsive layout album on the website, but unfortunately after clicking on the album image, the album will expand, but no photos can be seen. Where is the mistake? Thank you.

    Could you kindly send us a URL link to your website page so that we can have a closer look?

    As a preliminary troubleshooting step, have you also tried clearing your gallery cache? To troubleshoot the issue, try clearing your gallery cache when you go to wordpressadmin->foogallery->settings, navigate to the general settings, and clear gallery HTML cache and CSS optimization cache. Try also disabling any cache plugins you have installed or the CSS and JS optimization features in the cache plugins then test to check if the issue is fixed.
