There is no such option in this theme! In customize, options is a “Site Title&Tagline”, “Navigation” (Topbar, Header and Footer) and Static Front Page … If you mean customize in appearence?!

You can deactivate the responsive lightbox plugin in plugins menu. That should do it.

Deactivating the plugin is not working. That was first that I try.
Are you saying that, even with the plugin deactivated, it shows lightboxes? Or do you mean the plugin can’t be deactivated?

– Yes. I deactivated the plugin, but the light boxes is still showing!
Any link to the site?
– Try deleting/removing the plugin completely
– Try emptying caches
– Make sure you don’t have any other plugin running that adds lightboxes

I deleted plugin and emptying caches! But lightbox is still there!
