    Hello. I’ve included the carousel of client logos on the home page of my website, and when I access it from a mobile device it doesn’t show up. I’ve been checking different width settings but I can’t get it out… Can you offer me a solution please? Thanks

    Hello @martabruna,

    We apologize for the delay in our response. We’re not sure what the issue is. Does the same problem occur in the Elementor editor as well? We’re also curious about the Slide to Show setting for your mobile devices. We recommend displaying only 1 or 2 slides on mobile devices due to their narrow width. The width is calculated using percentages, so if you display too many slides, they may appear hidden because they don’t have enough space to share the width (resulting in a height of 0). For more details, please refer to the image below.

    Hello

    Thank you very much for the quick response.

    As you stated the problem was the “Slide to show” setting for mobile devices. Modifying this parameter solved the problem.
