Responsive Map Markers

My map’s width is set to 100%; however, whenever the width of the browser adjusts, the markers do not realign to the center of the map, so you cannot see them unless you grab the map with your pointer and physically move the location.

My aim is to always have the markers located generally at the center of the map…anyway this is possible?
