Responsive Menu Fault

I have used the mega menu plugin and used the fly out menu setting, it all works very well until i use it on my mobile. The menu button is visible and when i click on it the black bar comes down to show the 3 lines (menu) but nothing happens when i click on the 3 lines, any ideas?

Beaver Builder uses Bootstrap if this helps!
