Responsive Menu not working

    When in responsive view, either on my computer or a mobile device, the Menu isn’t functioning. If I click on it nothing happens in any browser that I’ve tried on my computer or my mobile device. I’ve disabled all plugins and it’s still not working. Any ideas on what else I can try?
