Responsive Menu not working on Mobile
-
Hi, we have the latest version of WP and of customizr and our menu is not working on mobile devices.
It appears that if a link has a submenu, it is not seeing the click on the parent link. It works fine on desktop browsers shrunken to see the responsive menu, but not on mobile devices.

Anyone?
Hi syoung68,
I know that this fix is under testing, and will be most likely sorted in the next release.
If you want you can try this “patch plugin” I created.
Download the zip file here and install it as a plug-in, then activate it.
When it will be sorted in customizr you have to deactivate/remove that plug-in.
(
another user here applied this patch, see:
https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/mobile-version-39
)Hope this helps.
Thank you very much.
I’ve replied to you on http://themesandco.com/support-forums/forum/customizr-pro/ also 😉
I did not seem to do the trick. We are still having the same problem.
Mmm sorry I forgot to say that it works (or at least should… with my tests) with latest customizr (and customizr-pro) version
Or better.. you said
“Hi, we have the latest version of WP and of customizr”
But you’re using customizr 3.2.8, from your page:
<link rel='stylesheet' id='customizr-skin-css' href='http://nolanpower.wpengine.com/wp-content/themes/customizr/inc/assets/css/grey.min.css?ver=3.2.8' type='text/css' media='all' />
latest version is 3.2.10Sorry about that. We are also on a dev server. I just updated the staging server to the latest version and it still does not seem to work.
Let me know when I can see it. Works fine here..
Thankswe are updated at the above link. but it is still not working on mobile devices.
Have you made any change to core files?
Have you made any copy of the core files into the child-theme three?
Have you any filter on the navbar-wrapper classes which may conflict in your child-theme functions.php?
Due to some changes in the latest version, on mobile,navbar-wrappershould also have this classtc-open-on-click.
And I cannot see it printed in your source (on mobile).I have not made any change to the core files. I have added a function however. Changing the navbar class. I will update with the new class.
That did it. THANK YOU!!!!
Great 🙂
Are you the same user who posted here in the customizr-pro support forum? Not me per se, but my associate, so yes.
