Responsive navigation not working on wordpress (js not working)

Hi guys,

i am using the css menu builder navigation menu for my website. The issue I have is that the menu is working perfectly offline (or should I say not on WordPress just pure html css javascript folder) .

I have tried to enquire the script via functions php, in header, googled and read almost everything about this and cant figure it out. The menu is working fine until it goes responsive (here the script comes), but cant make the script work. I even tried with noConflict (I am not sure if I did it right). So if someone could help me with this I would be very grateful 😀
