Hi @samovaari, thank you for reaching out. Based on the issue you described, it seems that the customization you are looking for is outside the functionality of the plugin. In this case, it would be best to engage a 3rd party developer who can examine the issue and assist with the customization you require.
A 3rd party developer will have the expertise to make the necessary adjustments to the responsive version of your popup and ensure it displays correctly on mobile devices, without interfering with your top bar. They can also help with positioning the responsive banner in the middle of the page with the included photo.
Let us know if you need any further assistance, happy to help.
Hi @khungate, thank you for your reply. I assume that the popup form is within an iframe hosted by Mailchimp so if we were to write our own CSS for it, it would not apply to the content within the iframe, correct?
Hi again, could I please get a confirmation to the doubt I had in the post above? Thank you.
Hi @samovaari, thank you for your patience regarding the responsive pop-up issue. It’s essential to have everything working seamlessly on your site, and we’re here to point you in the right direction.
Our team here mainly deals with the plugin integration that triggers the Mailchimp pop-up forms. However, customizing the forms themselves falls a bit outside our area.
For adjustments or troubleshooting the responsive nature of the pop-up forms, it would be best to get in touch with Mailchimp directly. They have a range of Support Options that should provide the help you need. Alternatively, bringing a third-party developer on board who’s versed with Mailchimp’s platform could also be a solid option.
Feel free to reach out if you have any more questions regarding the plugin integration. We’re here to help with that part!
