Responsive problem by phone

    Hi, I have a problem: On my computer, I can see all the fields to fill out to leave feedback perfectly, but on my phone, and others the page is moved all the way to the left and the field names aren’t visible. The problem only works with this plugin. Best regards, Giancarlo
