Hello there @jjjjjeanbaptiste ,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I have the following problem: in our newsletter, there is a section with three columns. When our recipients receive the newsletter, on their mobile, the switch from three columns to one works but the content does not take up the full width of it.
- Is this a normal “behaviour” of the columns ?
To ensure proper mobile rendering of your emails, double or triple columns are removed and stacked for mobile responsiveness. The max width of a MailPoet template is 660px. So all your email content will have a max-width of that value.
Would there be a technic at least to align the content to the left in this column?
Can you kindly let us know which content specifically you’d like to align so we can understand and help you better? Can you send us a screenshot perhaps of what you’d want to achieve?
Looking forward to hearing back from you.
Have a great day!
Hello @geraltrivia,
Thank you for your answer. Here is a link of the newsletter : https://bit.ly/3LpsO2P. When I open it with my phone the responsive is fine.
In my e-mail web client, the collumns are stacked for mobile responsiveness but not in full width :
Thank you for your help.
Have a great day!
Hi there @jjjjjeanbaptiste,
Thanks for getting back to us!
Indeed, I see that the columns are full width when I change the screen size here: https://bit.ly/3LpsO2P
Please contact us via https://www.mailpoet.com/support/sales-pre-sales-questions/ and include a link to this thread.
We’ll be able to look into the issue closer there.
Cheers!
We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.
